Our hearts are bursting with love as we peruse the Indian wedding ceremony of Nikita and Parag captured beautifully by Shan Photography Inc. Elegance Decor transformed the ballroom at the Chicago Marriott O'Hare into a royal space that resembled the most lavish of Indian castles! The mandap was festooned with layers of chiffon, and shades of red, purple and gold twinkled throughout the space. We’re always blown away by Elegance Decor’s amazing talent in the design department. While Maharani Nikita readied herself for her walk down the aisle, Raja Parag was busy taking over the Chicago streets with his banging baraat, and guests boogied to their hearts’ delight. When gorgeous Nikita made her grand ceremonial entrance, a collective gasp rang out from the audience. She was a total bombshell from the top of her bouffant ‘do to the bottom of her mehndi adorned feet. We especially loved her red lehenga that was embossed with designs perfectly matching the kalire dangling from her wrists. The ceremony was filled with laughter and happy tears, and the newlyweds exited the proceedings in a shower of rose petals. Next up: The couple’s violet hued reception soiree.
