Frida Kahlo Inspired Modern Makeup Look

Hi Everyone,
I have been wanting to do a Frida Kahlo look for the longest time now.I don’t know what took me so long. Instead of going the classic way with the whole unibrow and lots of blush route, I wanted to do it with a bit of a modern approach. And hair, I still wanted to keep the classic..you know otherwise it would not be Frida inspired.
For this look, skin was very important. I wanted to keep the skin looking very clean and fresh. So I just layered a thin layer of foundation and then basically spent a bit of time spot concealing with a concealer (Tip alert). This helps in keeping the overall look quite light and balanced. For eyes, I played with champagne and gold pigment and a small winged eyeliner. I applied mascara just to define the lashes. And finished off the look with bold matte lip. i haven’t added dupes for the products used in the look because the products in the look are such that you’d already have in your kit. Instead of using pigments, you can use your highlighter on eyes (Tip alert). And red lipstick, well everyone has it in their kit. Hope you like it. Have a super week ahead all of you. Mwaaah!
